GRADE 8 APPLICANTS

Applications for grade eight will be accepted starting in October 2023 for the 2024-2025 academic year. Application deadline is Friday, December 1, 2023. Please complete the Application Form and submit it, along with copies of the additional information required, to the school registrar, Ms. Christina Donovan (cdonovan@aquinas.org). The student's category status and the date of the application will be considered in admission.For the 2024-2025 school year, the application form (with the required documents) are to be submitted to the school by Friday, December 1, 2023.

TUITION

The Regional Education Committee and School Administration work hard to keep the cost of Catholic education within the reach of as many families as possible.  School fees are set by the Education Committee in accordance with CISVA guidelines and vary with registration category. Fees for 2024-2025 academic year are listed below.  

1.REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable)
A Registration/Re-registration Fee is charged for each accepted student application. This processing fee is non-refundable.                                                      

For 2024-2025, the Registration/Re-Registration Fee is as follows (credit card amount in brackets):
 $275($281) for 1 child                     $390($399) for 2 children             $445($456) for 3+ children
 

***The above stated registration fees will be reduced by $100.00 if registration is completed by the final registration deadline:Friday, March 1, 2024

***Activity Fees are set per grade at the start of the school year and are not included in the rates noted above. These fees pay for a variety of workbooks, supplies and educational opportunities.  

Financial Assistance

Through a tuition assistance program STA endeavors to ensure that no student is denied a Catholic education because of financial difficulty. Those families who may require financial assistance should speak to their pastor or the Tuition Chairperson of the Education Committee. All communication will be strictly confidential.

UNIFORMS

A student's appearance presents an image of our school to the community. It also has an impact on his/her attitude and behavior, and thus, the learning process. Respect for the individual and the school is manifested by an attitude of careful dressing for school. Students are to dress with a sense of decorum befitting an academic environment. The dress code is based on modesty, neatness, cleanliness, good taste and safety.

  • Plaid kilt (length must be no more than 3” above the knee) or grey pants

  • Black leather dress shoes.  (No ankle boots, athletic shoes or sandals).  Heels may be no higher than 3”

If sweats/warm-ups are worn they must be STA

***Students are expected to arrive and depart from school in full uniform.
